Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will offer you the choice of:

Customs & Import Charges For international orders, any applicable duties and import taxes are included in your order total at checkout — there are no surprise charges on delivery.
