Refund policy

UK & EU Customers You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at sylastic.official@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original sealed packaging, and in fully resalable condition. Return shipping is entirely at your cost and risk. We recommend tracked, insured postage as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item. We reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of the refund for items returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Australian Customers Refunds are only provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law — specifically for items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

USA & All Other Countries All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

All Markets — Damaged or Faulty Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund. No claims accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

Chargebacks We retain full records of all transactions and communications. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested in full.
